This Cookies Policy explains the small pieces of data Kuderium Technologies Limited (“Kuderium”, “we”) stores on your device when you use kuderium.com and the Kuderium web app. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your browser. “Similar technologies” include localStorage, sessionStorage and service-worker caches, which the modern web uses for the same purposes as classic cookies.

2. Categories of cookie we use

Strictly necessary

These are required for Kuderium to work. You cannot opt out of them without breaking the service.

  • Session token — kept in browser storage so you stay signed in while you are using the app. Cleared on sign-out.
  • CSRF / security cookies — used by our platform (Vercel, Supabase) to prevent cross-site request forgery.

Functional

  • Preferences — whether you hid the balance, your last-used payout method, which live-rates card was open last. Stored on your device only; never uploaded.

Support

  • Tawk.to live chat — sets a session identifier so our support team can see your previous messages within the same conversation. Tawk.to is a third party; see their privacy policy.

Analytics

Kuderium does not currently run third-party analytics trackers on the marketing site. When we turn them on, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

3. Your choices

  • You can delete cookies from your browser at any time using your browser settings. Doing so will sign you out.
  • You can block cookies entirely via your browser settings, but this will break parts of the Service that rely on session storage.
  • You can disable live-chat cookies by not opening the chat widget or by using your browser’s per-site cookie controls.

4. Changes to this policy

We will update this policy whenever we add, remove or change a cookie. The “last updated” date at the top of the page always reflects the current version.
